RIBOS

RIBOS™ is a complete online solution for accommodation occupancy survey management. rRIBOS™ supports paper, email and/or internet-based surveys, and includes templates for serviced accommodation, self-catering, caravan & camping and hostels.

In continuous developed from 2010 to the present, RIBOS™ evolved from a desktop application created in 1999 to address the needs of the UK Occupancy Survey and was in use at all English Regional Tourist Boards and the Wales Touris Board, now Visit Wales, wher it is still in use, as well as in Scotland, Ireland and Cumbria.

The system comprises a front-end website used by tourist accommodation providers for reporting their own occupancy and a back-end admin website use by the survey management teams to manage and report on occupancy statistics using this data.

Developed in VB.Net with a SQL Server back-end database.
