Kayako Classic

ReZolve used the Kayako helpdesk system for 10 years from 2007, becoming a reseller and developer.


The Kayako helpdesk system was written in PHP and was designed to be customisable by experienced PHP developers. I developed a number of bespoke add-ons including a complex staff time-management system for Incubeta SA which included live call time tracking and a comprehensive staff/project time reporting system. I also developed a project management, billing and bug-tracking add-on for use in-house.
